We went at about 7:30 for a 4 piece combo with an extra large red beans and rice. The young lady at the drive thru took our... order and payment but after all to that she stated that she didn?t have any red beans and rice so we had the choice of fries,rice, etc but when my wife asked for a refund they asked us to pull forward and that they would ? bring it to us. After waitingfor about 8 minutes they brought us our 2 large fresh red beans and rice. I?m not exactly sure what the issue was but theyweren?t trying to give us what we paid for. If they tell you that they are out of something then ask them for a refund and I betthat they will magically have whatever it is. Smdh. We have to do better. Don?t bother going to the rock hill location on cherryroad in rock hill. Those people also serve old stale food!! Read more

The worst pop eyes I have been too. There food was not fresh. I've never seen such liquid Mac and Cheese, I didn't even touch... it. How do mess the apple pie up?! It literally comes prepared. I thought my experience was a one off until I started to read the reviews. I went in this afternoon. There was no line at the... drive thru and one couple in front of me inside the store. The girl at the register was so tacky and unprofessional. She hadone hand with long press on nails and the other hand had none. Her fake eye lashes had glue all over them and her hair was notpulled back in a hair net. Instead of multitasking and packing up the food while she carried on with her co-workers abouteverything that absolutely nothing to do with her job, she just stood there talking to the women in the back that were runningaround working their butts off. I came in on my lunch break and had to stand there for 20+ minutes waiting on two meals justto have the sides be cold and nasty. The chicken was delicious, but I guess that is because the woman at the front of the storedidn't have anything to do with that. Everything is very expensive these days. It is a treat and a sacrifice to eat out. Because of that, this experience further infuriates me. I thought the location on South Blvd. was horrible, but this locationis running neck and neck with them. They need new management before they have to shut down due to profit loss. People whowork hard for their money are not going to continue to come back here to have horrible service and disgusting food. Terrible! Read more

The worst ?restaurant? ever. Staff were very unprofessional. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. The wait time was horrible. I... placed a mobile pickup order and had to wait 20 minutes in the restaurant to receive my order. It would have been literallyfaster if I had ordered the food at the counter. I had to use the bathroom and there was no paper towel. In the middle of a pandemic ???? it?s critical to pay attention to lil... stuff like paper towel. The food tastes fresh but the gravy on the mash was different from what I?m familiar with and there wasbarely any gravy on it. I mostly visit Popeyes for its mash and the gravy. Read more
