If I wanted to wait 25 minutes for my food, I could have just gone to a regular restaurant, sat at a table, spoken to a server... and placed an order. It probably wouldn't have taken 25 minutes, either. If you don't have product ready to be prepared for acustomer (I'm being generous and assuming the chicken was still frozen), how difficult is it to tell them about that? I couldhave changed my order. On top of the unacceptable wait for what is supposed to be fast food, they also left out an order offries. The food is good and reasonably priced, but I won't be coming back to this Popeyes location any time soon. There areplenty of alternatives in the area. Read more

Donnia the manager extremely unprofessional. I received the incorrect order and drove around for a replacement. She grabbed... the chicken and cursed in the background. I was totally professional because I understand their jobs are hard but when I heardher cursing I asked for a refund. I had heard a car about 2 cars behind me asking them to listen because unfortunately thisrestaurant needs quality staff for sure. Well, I think she should take that customer's advise. I came to get my children some food on 6/25 about 11:40AM. I was ordering in mid sentence a guy come on the intercom and say... ?how many sandwiches you want so we can make them? ???? first of all who hire this animal? Second of all who talk to someonethat way! Than he processed to say ?so talk to someone like that who going to fix your food? so he was basically telling me hewould do something to our food. The website shows they open at 10:00 am. We came with the whole family. We got there today at 10:40 there were two employees in... the dining room. they told us they didn?t have any chicken ready, they were waiting for someone to come and cook the chicken.This is really disappointing since we are traveling and had to drive more thank 24 minutes from our way to Florida to get here, it was supposed to be open at 10:00 am & ready to serve by the time we got there. The food and the staff is quality. Your experience will be less than ideal. The designers of the parking lot created a perfect... storm of poor flow and limited appreciation for how traffic works. There's no holding area for those asked to pull through theline and wait for food. The staff have no option but to ask you to park in disabled reserved parking. Then when someone needs topark there, S.O.L. I'd encourage you to skip this location. My order was to be ready at 520 and it is now 6. Good times. Read more

Waited 45 mins in drive thru. Ordered a combo with fries which the fries were for my baby because that?s all he wanted to eat.... Fries were super hard and just not edible at all. I told him that we couldn?t go back because the place had already closed. Hesaid mommy can I just have your lemonade well that didn?t work out either because it was just yellow water in a cup. PINK UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN TENDERS. STAFF SMOKING IN CUSTOMERS FACE IN DRIVE THRU Terrible service and terrible customer service.... I placed my order in the drive through n repeated it. When I got to the window my order was incorrect. They missed the extrasandwich I repeated when I placed my order. I was told that I couldn?t add it at the window and I must go back around in thedrive thru or go inside to order it. WTH why must I go back around to place an order that I repeated twice. It wasn?t my messup. I refused to drive off and was given the sandwich for free. When I got home my daughter bit into the chicken tenders that Ipurchased from Popeyes and it was under cook and still bleeding. I went back to the store and requested a replacement. Themanager swapped out the chicken tenders for new ones however when I cut it open it was still under cooked which is the picture Iattached. After telling her that those were under cook as well she decided to drop a fresh batch to cook and stated it will bedone in four minutes. While waiting at least 6 other customers came inside the store and said how they was missing things fromtheir order. Just terrible. The entire staff don?t have a clue how to run a store as a team nor value giving great customerservice. Anyway the manage told the cook that she didn?t say it was under cooked that I said it was under cook even though shesaw with her own eyes that it was under cooked and pink. After a few minutes she gave me new chicken tenders and asked me tocheck them which I did and guess what it was under cooked AGAIN. I gave up and asked for a refund. Upon walking out the store Ioverheard her say that I wasted all that chicken and didn?t get anything. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.Their review history speak for itself. Read more
