Not happy about the customer service here. My grandmother was in the mood for tacos, so I took her and the family out. Party of... 5?spent $67 dollars. Tried to order medium drinks but they were out of medium cups and tried to sell us all large drinks. Weopted for water and they gave us all these little kiddie cups. We saw some larger clear cups but they said those were reservedfor specialty drinks. So no medium cups?only selling large drinks?giving you water in kiddie cups. They said the larger clearcups cost too much to giveaway free with water. SMH?I just spent $67 dollars in your store and you can?t give me 5 adult sizeclear cups. Shame on you Qdoba. Won?t be back. QDOBA is essentially a Subway style resteraunt where you get to make burritos and bowls on the ingredients you request from... employees. You basically point to what you?d want on your bowl and they give you a good serving of it. They have different typesof meats, beans, rice, veggies, sauces and more available. I ordered a bowl and the employees would ask me what looked good andthey would add a good serving to my bowl. I was confused and asked for a walkthrough and the young man and woman were both veryunderstanding and friendly. The cashier was awesome as well. Service was provided with a smile. It is a bit on the costlierside but you do get a big portion of food, it?s maybe enough for 2 people to share. The bowl came to around $9. All in all, itwas a great place to eat! Read more
If ur bringing kids with you. Don?t let them order for them selves because the people behind making the food will not tell them... what?s extra. I had 3 kids with me and I was paying and trying to figure out there app I downloaded and one of them thought theycould get every meat they had in one bowl and NOT one person that worked there preparing ut said it?s extra. This was our firsttime here. And the flipping last! 20 dollars for one bowl and they where just quietly adding it to the check. They wouldn?t fixit. Or start over. How dare you all. My first time going to Qdoba. Basic experience of TexMex, similar to Moe's or Salsaritas but one thing they still have is...the... real tortilla bowl shell.
