A great place to celebrate special occasions. The steaks are always perfection (foodie tip - order it with extra butter ????).... Sides are plentiful and will serve approximately 3 portions- do NOT miss the Lyonnaise potatoes!! The Strawberry Basil gimletwas excellent - so flavorful. Staff was very attentive and responsive. My boyfriend and I ate dinner here for my birthday and the food was delicious. My favorite was the stuffed chicken breast. My... only issues was the waitress said we couldn't sit in the dinning room because my boyfriend had on a jersey. I understand thoseare the rules but no other option was offered by her besides the bar. However, we asked another waitress who passed by if therewas another option and she quickly sat us down to the left in a private area. We were so grateful that the other waitress gaveus that option because who wants to sit at the bar on their birthday. We had no idea what the dress code was btw. Read more

We had a delicious meal and great experience as we always do with Ruth’s Chris. This was our first time to one in Charlotte.... Our waiter Brian was friendly, prompt, and kind. He recommended the brussel sprouts for a new side to try and w e thought theywere delicious. We hope to have him for a waiter next time. We ordered 2 filets, a wedge salad, the sweet potato casserole, andthe one chocolate dessert. Our only disappointment was that they do not serve scallops currently at this restaurant but uponinquiring, we learned that the selection has not been as quality as they like to serve which is understandable. We hope thescallops do come back sometime as they are our favorite! Read more
Always wanted to try this restaurant so my husband and I decided to take our son for a night out. The food came out at a... responsible time, my steak was over cooked but the food was good and the drink was good as well. The waiter asked to packageout left overs and when we got home half of our food was missing. We had appetizers and combination dinners as well as extrasides. When we got home we only had half of the items in our bag and we were missing a desert. Wish I knew where the rest ofour food went, especially after paying close to $300 for all 3 of us. We had a party of nine to celebrate my daughter graduation from law school. The restaurant is beautiful. The service was... excellent. The food was average at best. The seafood tower and the sweet potato casserole were good. The rest was bad. I ordereda medium well steak but it was cooked well done. It also wasn't seasoned. The lobster mac 'n cheese was watery and didn't haveany flavor. It tasted like nothing. The creme brulee was underwhelming. This was my first time at Ruth Chris and I was sodisappointed. Best premier steak in town. I really appreciate the experience and the high brow level of service. The quality of my Cowboy... Ribeye did not disappoint. The sides were very filling and delicious. Dessert, was a special treat. The chocolate cake superb,very fresh along with icing and lava center. Simply a heavenly delight for a chocoholic like me. I’m not a big cocktail ????fan but each drink we ordered had a layers of complexity that shined through and gave the diner experience a great lift.Overall, I can say, money well spent! Read more
