What walk up to the counter and order fast food business would default a tip amount to be 40% of the bill? Answer - This... Business. I attempted to hit custom tip as 40% was, shall I say, a bit on the high side. Accidently hit confirm, and when theymean confirm they mean its, done, over, no going back. Unless you want to be that guy in line making everyone else wait fortheir lunch while the staff fixes the money grab. I've emailed them asking for a simple partial refund of the overpayment. Noreply. Ordered take out and arrived in specified timeframe. When I get there the food was not ready but said alright, no biggie. The... food was bad.... So so bad. How was it bad? You ever drink a container of salt? No? Eat the food here and check that oneoff. Ever regret eating anything the moment you taste it? Check two things off. WOW! What a great and friendly environment. The staff was friendly and wonderful, and my food was delicious! The chips (which... have been lacking recently) we?re delightful and perfect. I have coming for 3 years and I can confidently say that this the bestthe food and the service has ever been! I had a wonderful meal and experience there not only cause the food was lovely but alsobecause the staff exceeded my expectations! It?s alright.. not like normal Mexican food though more like Chipotle food. Had nachos suppose to be chicken, refried beans,... queso, & fajita veggies and there was 2 spots of queso didn?t really see any chicken and the whole nachos were smothered inrefried beans... all I tasted was beans. This was actually order by accident as I thought it was the Mexican place I orderedfrom before and it wasn?t. But it was alright if your into chipotle kinda Mexican food. Read more
Very disappointed. Services was friendly, but the food was subpar. Rice was undercooked and nearly chipped my teeth. Chicken had... good flavor. Chips were overly salty and oily. Tables were worn and dirty. Tile on walls were chopped and broken. Won?t be back. Read more
