Crunchy taco shells get soggy much faster than regular Ortega. Not very pleasant as takeout.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Horrible service from the 3 girls up front, who acted like us eating there was such an... inconvenience to their day. EXTREMELY small with portions. I also got charged for a $8.79 veggie Quesadilla when I asked for akid?s quesadilla, and didn?t even get the meal!!!. $25.40 for 2 Veggie Bowls ???????????? it?s expensive than Chipotle or Qdoba for same kind of meal with out soda. Add ons are... guacamole and queso on one bowl. This isn't always the most convenient location for my family - but we almost always make the extra drive to this location.. the... staff is so friendly, with several of the workers who have been there for years - who care about their jobs, remember regularcustomers, and go the extra mile to make the experience nice. They steam their burrito shells instead of just heat them likelots of the other locations - and it makes them softer and more flexible, so less blow-outs (a huge deal for kids). Read more
