Owner is very nasty guy. Had the displeasure of hearing racial epithets hurled at me for complaining that the service is bad... and his family members were inconsiderate and obstructive to customers comfort. I NEVER RETURNED. He told me call 800 whogives and much nastier remarks and threatened to call police. That is always the racist 2nd card pulled. Read more
The food did not have as much flavor as I remember, maybe it is shrinkflation of spices. The employees were friendly enough.
How come here every week or two, usually get the quesarito as I believe it can hold a huge portion. All the workers here have... always been very friendly and keep a clean workspace. It's unfortunate that some of the prices have gone up, but I understandthe food cost right now. Thank you for all your hard work and the delicious food. Read more
*edit - Had to drive up there for this but they fixed my order - the tacos (and missing salsa). The lady was nice. *original -... Had to redo my order a couple times and still didn't get it even remotely right. Ordered 3 tacos with 3 to 4 ingredients on eachone. Mostly the same ingredients. And none of them are right - stuff i didn't order (hate sour cream and now its in two tacos).I've had success there most times before but tonight they couldn't get it right. This sucks. I AM So sadd. I have been coming to this Slasrita for years since I moved to Ballantyne. I go a Lil more often then I should... almost three times a week sometimes. Well every since Juan a newer store employee has got there I have been constantlydiscriminated against. I really would love to know why? Is because of my skin color or that I'm a female? But I am always overcharged. We got two kids chicken nachos. I was charged for two beef which is more, and a 4oz question which we didn't evenreceive. I guess it's a female African American tax for coming and eating there. Don't worry Juan I won't be back. You made itclear my business was not appreciated or welcomed today. This location is a complete joke. I placed an order for delivery at 11:45am. It says ?complete.? One would assume that means... delivered or shortly thereafter. I get a text 45 MINUTES LATER that my order was canceled. No one answers the phone at the storeand corporate customer service is non-existent. UPDATE: after I had to call the store 15 times because no one answered thephone, some girl said ?I have a line? acting like my order wasn?t any important.
