They advertise food differently on menu than what you get. Nathan?s famous which is with sharp combined ?Large cheese fries? are... $5 and you literally get maybe 10 fries in total ????. Rude and disrespectful also asked for a pizza to be made and was told nobecause someone before us paid and never came and picked up their pizza so our only option was to buy the already made one thatwas just sitting there. Out on the water this afternoon, swung by the outlets on the way home- had a slice of pizza on my mind. Is there any worse... craving to have and not get satisfied?- I feel like there?s not. Anyway- 5:15 on a beautiful Saturday night- and I get to thefront of the line: ?sorry we just closed?. I was like umm the outlets are open till 9. ?We just ran out of pizza for thenight.? Like what the heck is going on in the world right now- is this the type of Franchise ownership we have to just getused to these days? I know it?s just a slice of pizza, but what the heck. Gave our order to someone else, who then came back and rummaged through their actual order when it came up. The staff then tried... to give us the leftovers from what the guy hand been handling. Waited for about 45 minutes just to walk away from 2 hotdogs andsome chicken tenders that has been handled by stranger that walked up. Read more

I went here today and the experience was bad why are there not using gloves to prepare to Pizza but the person at the register... have gloves to take money and credit cards and stuff that?s backwards also the cook was on his phone your phone Carrie?s gemsthen he went back to touching food without washing hands nasty.. Took a while to place our order which was fine. The guys in the back were goofing off and the guy taking orders was dealing with... everything. One guy was loud and playing around with the cook. I guess they were to busy playing so they walked in the backafter they gave the customer in front of us her order. They went to the back and didn?t make her food at all. We waited a longtime and the guy at the register finally asked if my wife needed something. She told him she hasn?t received any food yet. Heended up making the food for us while the other two did whatever is was they was doing. Loud guy was annoying and made theexperience more frustrating. Won?t be back. Read more
The guy working there was energetic and friendly. Quick to get the food out as well. A go to place when at the mall.
I believe the Sbarro & Nathan's have the same owner and he is a fellow New Yorker. We talked about how wonderful Charlotte is.... The food was really good, the workers were really nice and I do recommend these restaurants. Read more
