The meat was nicely seasoned. It made the whole wrap but the meat was a little salty. Presentation was not great. The gyro only... comes topped with red onions and diced tomatoes. Trash service. 1st time trying this place. Waited over 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich which never came. When I asked for a... refund I received attitude from the guy behind the counter saying "don't come at me like that!" When I expressed I just wastedmy whole lunch and just want my money back dude doubled down and repeated "don't come at me like that." Won't ever waste my timeon this franchise again. Read more

UPDATE: Management reached out to discuss my experience-an initiative which impressed me and made me feel as though my feelings... matter. The employees worked very hard to make it up to me since I was a regular customer. Because of their efforts, I wasconvinced they were sincere in their goal of being a great place to eat. I received my food exactly as requested and quickly.The employees were apologetic and super sweet! THANK YOU for your OUTSTANDING customer service and GREAT FOOD FOR THE MONEY!(Here is my now-FORMER review: Customer service is poor. Asked for ketchup with my order of fries-received two packets. This Showmars is the best! The staff there is so kind. In comparison to the rest of the mall food court options/customer... service, they are in a league of their own. My co-workers and I order from there frequently and you can tell they are working sohard, they have the togo system down, and our food is always fresh and hot! Also they have the best honey mustard, hands down. Read more

This restaurant, located in the food court of SouthPark mall, is just as good as any standalone Showmars could be. Good... variety. Reasonable prices. Service is always friendly, helpful, and prompt. Condiments, straws, etc. are convenientlyplaced. Everything is usually clean. Nothing negative comes to mind here. Read more
