???? WOW... They have awesome Vietnamese food. Yes, they are pricey but the flavor of the food and the quality is up to par.... This is my 2nd time eating here and It didn't disappoint me. Definitely try the crab Rangoons they have real crab Not kani. Thepad Thai was solid and tasty. The dish with chicken-ginger-and veggies was delicious. This is a treat yourself restaurant. Great place for some good Thai food. I normally get the shrimp pad thai. Be careful of the spice because it can be... overwhelming. No wait for seating. Staff very nice and courteous. Read more

The waitress here is always fun. It starts the night out right to speak with someone like that before the meal. We had the new... curry fries as an appetizer, which were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The Pad Si Ewe was very good the first time I orderedit, but a little too sweet the second. I dont know if it's always empty like this but it was 3pm on a Wednesday, but completely empty. I was really really hoping to... love the dish I ordered because I wanted to help rave so the owner would have more business. Sadly, the pad kee mao I orderedwasn't very good. The flavor was somewhat a creamy tomato sauce and the noodles were bloated and didn't have the right texture.It just didnt taste right. I asked for a small bowl of white rice to maybe help balance the heavy sauce but the rice was superdry. I had to remove some top parts and it was hard to swallow. This was a bit disappointing to say the least. Let me start by saying they seem to be understaffed, which is understandable due... to the current climate. We ordered pickup through UberEats at around 6:45 PM on a Sunday. We arrived at 7:10 and the app statedthat our order was ready for pickup (the restaurant specifically presses the button to change the order status). It was notready so I had to wait another 35 minutes or so before it was. Once I got my food I checked to make sure everything was there,but I was missing one item which was their crispy half duck. I told them and was told the person who wrote the Uber eats orderdown forgot to write that, which is an honest mistake. So I waited another 15 minutes for that to be made. I'm total 50 minuteswait time after arriving, after being told the order was ready to be picked up. There was only one dine-in family and two otherpeople waiting for pickup orders when I arrived. Each person waited quite awhile per order which means they are only cooking oneorder at a time rather than doing multiples (affirming they are understaffed in the kitchen as well). Now, on to the food. Weordered a crispy half duck, Siam wings, pad Thai, pad see ew, kids satay chicken and rice, mango sticky rice, Thai tea, and Siamdrink. The kids meal was just wrong and we ended up getting chicken wings and fries instead of chicken satay and rice. Thefreshly made crispy duck was extremely overcooked to the point of being bone dry, which makes no sense since they literally madethat fresh to order since it was originally missed. The Siam drink description says it was made with thai coffee, when it was infact just a Thai tea. Everything else was correctly made and just average. I will ultimately not return a second time and wouldrecommend other Thai places in Charlotte. Note: I went to this place yesterday, not today. This place when we arrived was slow and quiet, not that many people were here.... The server did not say too much when we placed a table and when we ordered food, nor did they respond when we thanked them forgiving us like water, plates, etc. With my specific dish I asked for mild spice but my dish was extremely spicy. Due to theextreme spice I was not able to tell how good the food was since the spice kind of ruined that. It is a pretty good portion forthe (edit) size* and price however. The atmosphere of this place was okay to say the least, I would not recommend going hereduring slow times as you won?t really get a good experience. Read more
