Well I just moved here 2 charlotte and this is the only 1 around and service is terrible! I stood waiting to order takeout for... about 5 min while workers kept walking by without any interest in me. After I finally ordered I thought I would order a drinkwhile I wait, after waiting so long (feeling invisible) I finally had a seat on the couch watching several workers stand aroundtalkin to friends. Poor and slow service.
The only good thing about this place was that the waitress's attitude and demeanor was pleasant enough. The food was terrible.... Greasy, tasteless, and the ribs were stringy, tough, and dry. The pretzel sticks were greasy with a side of very oilybutter. To top it off, the restaurant was playing - loudly - ghetto rap music, with the bartender encouraging the guys sittingat the bar to get loud and rowdy when certain songs came on.
