There were many shards of hard white plastic in my 40 oz. smoothie and when I took it back and showed them the shards, they just... said ?we don?t put plastic in there, so we don?t know.? And didn?t remake it. Read more

This was my first visit to the Ballantyne location. I ordered and paid via their App. It was a simple process. I did not have... any App updating issue. I was very pleased. I appreciate Apps that work. I thought I would have to install the newer version.Simply updating the App was quick! The store itself is a wonderful location. Employees were efficient and polite! My smoothiewas ready when I arrived. I parked in front of the store. The smoothie was well blended and the right consistency. Be aware ofthe construction in the immediate area.
