Just went there this morning, and was really pleased with the great customer service I received. I believe that her name was... Maya, and she went the extra mile to make sure my smoothie was just right. I got a Keri Champ Berry smoothie from anotherlocation earlier in the week which tasted awfully watered down- it?s the first time that this ever happened to me at SmoothieKing. I was telling Maya about it, and so as she was preparing my order, she helped me to customize it and gave me samples tomake sure that it turned out just the way I wanted it to be. Ordered 2 40 Oz. Of the same smoothie. Got 2 40 Oz. 2 different colors. Both tasted wrong in a different way that is the... opposite from way I described I wanted my smoothie. Then when I returned my smoothies and wanted my refund a complete refund wasdenied because they are out of pennies for a transaction that was paid with my debit card. Also was denied my receipt they saidbecause person that took my order already threw away my receipt. Waste if time, waste of money. Good experiences. But last night the credit card machine was down. And I did not know the policy had changed for $5 special. So... when I tried to order on the app, it indicated no pickup times available. The cashier indicated its probably because they willbe closing in 30 minutes. I was right in front of the register. It should be changed to 15 minutes before closing. I will tryagain next week. Read more
I have to been to mostly all smoothie kings in the CLT area. This one by far is better. I go out of my way to go to this one. No... skimping on ingredients, fast service saw the owner here and she was hustling and working with the crew. Bathroom and main areastays clean. Go to another smoothie king around here then go to this one, you?ll see what I?m talking about Read more
