Ordered simple order for my wife and I through the app on a Sunday evening. Checked in and proceeded to wait over 30 mins for... our food. During this time we rang the red button 2 times to check on our order and the 2nd time we were told they lost theticket (which they then found). Once they finally started making our meal, someone came out and told us they were out of sweettea. We saw multiple workers walking around the parking lot, taking their breaks, and on their phones while we waited over halfan hour on a hamburger and chicken. Read more

I don?t know who the manager was on shift tonight but her and the other person did their thing. They ask us to be patient cause.... that it was only two people in there. Which was fine with us whomever the General Manager of that store needs to give them twoemployees a raise. Read more

I have attempted to visit this location five times over the past 30 day period and each time I was told was a variation of "we... are closed" "we aren't taking orders" "drive-thru only" and no matter what I did - I was never served in any form. I canunderstand staffing issues, but when you don't even make an effort to inform the customer with a sign, it's clear that thisfranchise needs to close. 2pm on a Saturday being told "we aren't taking orders" then what are you doing? Because I also triedon the app and it said it was closed. This location is unacceptable and will destroy the reputation Sonic has - I never wishill will on a business but whoever owns this location needs to figure it out before they go under. Read more

Deserves 0 stars. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I never place complaints as no company is perfect, and... every business is going to make occasional mistakes when working with customers, but this location has hit a all time low. Igive grace in expecting longer wait times due to most industries being short staffed, but I GRACIOUSLY waited in the drivethrough for 30 minutes only to be refused service when it was my turn to order. I was told by the employee that she refused totake my order and was only fulfilling Door-Dash orders. She followed the statement up with saying there were only 2 employeesworking. I?m not sure a chain restaurant is even legally allowed to be open with that amount of staff. I watched 10+ vehicleshave to drive away after waiting absurd wait time due to being told their staff refused to serve us. Not to mention there wereno signs up forewarning anyone of this prior to sitting in the ridiculous line. I don?t foresee a ?business? that operates inthis manner remaining open. I ordered ahead on the app and could not have imagined the satisfaction of the Dill (pickle) burger and vanilla iced cold brew... coffee. What a wonderful late night dinner and an 1100 cal meal well worth it! The only thing I regret is that there?s not more!Service was very quick when I arrived and the food was all the right temperature and wonderful. Read more

this is THE WORST fast food establishment i?ve EVER been to. bunch of teenagers on their phone video chatting people not caring... about a customer. i?m a local truck driver and spent my ENTIRE 35 min break standing outside waiting on ONE burger and tatertots. needless to say, i never got my food, and now must continue my 14 hour day with no lunch. this place is unbelievable. youask about your order, and they snap at you. never again!!!! horrible! Ordered food online. Their phone number is off. And in the app, we tried to confirm we were here, but it never accepted it.... Doors inside locked and couldn't ask them to get our order. Burgers look like someone sat on them, stale. Basically a schoolcafeteria burger. No roller skates, just some guy in crocs. Read more

I just experienced possibly the worst customer service I?ve ever had. After spending a day at Carowinds, my family and I used... the sonic app to order a late dinner. Spent almost $50, as we hadn?t eaten since the afternoon. We arrived at Sonic and followedthe instructions to alert staff we were in a stall waiting. Two minutes later, an older ?gentleman? walked out with a receipt inhis hand. He stated that due to short staffing, they had closed early, and our order had ?just? popped up on their screen. Hewent out of his way to say that he had nothing to do with the app, and because of this, we would have to call and get a refund.I know this isn?t true because when you search for locations on the app, other sonic restaurants show that mobile ordering isunavailable. So I?m guessing he just forgot to turn off the feature at this location, then made up an excuse to escaperesponsibility and accountability. He never apologized as a representative of sonic. He never offered any solution orconsolation. He was flat in his tone and almost condescending. He had the worst attitude and demeanor of anyone I?ve everencountered in the service industry. I could tell he?d had a rough day, but that is no reason to treat paying customers sopoorly. I asked him to write on the receipt that we didn?t receive our order so that I wouldn?t have an issue getting a refund.He literally said ?no, I don?t write on receipts?. I asked him his name, and he said ?manager? as he walked away. My wife calledafter him because he still had the receipt in his hand, and he yelled that he was done with us and that he?d told us he couldn?thelp. We literally had to ask another associate to go inside and grab the receipt. I need a phone call from corporate, and aphone call from this location ASAP.
