I work in the plaza so I go to this location on a regular basis. It?s always super clean and the staff is no less than... fantastic. They always go the extra a mile, even more so than other Starbucks. This is the most racist Starbucks I have ever visited. I was waiting for atleast 10 mins just for some to help me with... literally no other customers before me, and later someone comes with no apologies and an uncourteous behavior. I don't know howbusy they are with their phone orders that they can't take one single walkin order. Read more
It?s a Sunday routine - visit Starbucks, order coffee and a sandwich and then sit outside and read the newspaper. Staff is... friendly and helpful. Barista?s are fast and make excellent drinks. For those looking for a drive through, try Waverly;otherwise this is a great place to sit down and relax with a coffee. Enjoy! Read more
This Starbucks location fails! I go to this location from time to time. It is not what I consider my home Starbucks by any... means. With that being said the issues I have with this location is for one to park here is extremely difficult. There is neverenough parking and most times you have to park in front of a completely different building just to get coffee here. Then as youwalk a distance to get to the front you see that there is consistently someone that thinks they don?t have to follow the rulesor the law and they park in front of the door in the middle of the roundabout by the front entrance. And for whatever reasonevery time I have been to this location the staff here seem disgruntled and very unhappy. Today the barista Diane Cracked asmile or two with the person in front of me but as soon as I get up to her she gives me this look of ?what do you want?. It wasabout 11:15 AM and she was the only one working behind the counter, is there a staffing issue? Also this location never seemsto be as clean and tidy as the other locations I frequent.
