The barista at this location was rude unprofessional.. She stood up and told me I need to know how to order my drink. Pink. This... is the same item I get daily once A-day for over a year. And the manager was no help the manager even told me she was gonna takeout her app and show me how to order the drink. But I know how I want my drink. This ithe location at 5920 Highland Shoppe. Ordered food and drinks. Drinks were made. Food was heated up and put into bags, but left on the back counter next to the oven.... Instead of taking the extra 10 secs to put it in the pick up area. Waited to see if someone would bring it. Finally, asked forit. Butter was missing from bagel. When asked for butter the girl behind the counter gave huge attitude saying she wasn't on theclock. If you aren't on the clock, you shouldn't be behind the counter at the register if you are going to give customersattitude, or at least be more polite because no one can tell if you are currently clocked in and getting paid. Adjusting for Covid related labor issues I still can't overlook getting orders incorrect.I can wait in the drive thru for 20 min... but please get it right. I had to go in and wait an additional 15 min to get a correct drink. Update to this review.Things havegreatly improved .Staff is great and orders are always spot on. Read more
Starbucks, 5920 Highland Shoppes Dr, Charlotte, NC 28269 I popped in for a quick pick me up before work. I wasn't greeted upon... entering and Nicole (the manager) was standing in front of me behind the counter. She knew that I was there and waited about 3minutes before even acknowledging me. I told her that I would like to use my Stars to get (2) shots of espresso over ice. Sherepeated it back to me and then charged it to the balance on my card. After the charge, I let her know again that I wanted touse my stars. I brought in my own reusable cup, as requested per the program and she had the audacity to ask me if it wasclean. I said, of course!! A few minutes later, she asked me if there was anything in the cup. At this point, I'm OFFENDED! No customer should be treated in this manner. I was then told that I couldn't make the purchase with my Stars. I left. Upongetting to work, I realized that she in fact did Not refund the drink that she charged me for. I had to waste time by goingback to the store to have it refunded. This was the Worst customer service that I've ever gotten at any of my local Starbuckslocations and she was in a position of Management!!! Read more
If I could give this Starbucks a higher score, I would would give them 1 million stars. Tonight, they proved to me that not... only do they have excellent customer service, they also have integrity!! I had given the team member at the drive through exactchange, with an additional $1 for a tip. When she was counting the $$ (btw, I was not watching her, I was looking at my phone)she noticed that I had given her an extra $5. She could have kept it, I didn't know and would not have known if she wouldn'thave told me! I told her to put it in her tip jar, she didn't want to, she tried several times to give it back to me. Howrefreshing to interact with a young lady with integrity! I did not get her name, I wish I would have..she deservesaccolades!! Great shop. Parking is plentiful. Very spacious Starbucks! High top, booth, traditional tables and lounge chairs. Clean store.... Well-staffed with fast service. Restroom was clean also. Read more
