Great service, but the store needs to revisit their drive thru line. It goes out to the parking lot of the plaza frequently and... is a hazard. You can?t get to neighboring places due to the gridlock the Starbucks line causes. You have to be careful whentrying to avoid the line and traffic it causes. Read more
Currently Veterans Day, attempted to Order Venti Chai Latte and was Quickly and rudely interrupted by a women's voice notifying... me their Veterans Day Special was for a coffee only. Not a Venti and certainly NOT a Chai Latte! Well great, thanks for lettingme know. Supe disappointed. They raised the prices on their drinks. Paid around $6.50 for a small seasonal pumpkin late that they just... add flavored syrup to... They don't have a pastry/food display. If I don't see it, ai won't buy it. Can't believe they don'thave one. They took the bar away with all the spices and basic extras we need for mixing drinks. Adding cinnamon, and honey. Sheoffered a honey "flavored type syrup" out of the flavor pumps. A young 16-19 yr old, tried to tell me it was honey. She must notknow what real honey is and that runny watery honey like that is mixed with water and sugar. Super disappointed. Not ever goingin there just for fun anymore. The chain coffee shop changed so much in the past 10 yrs. Not worth my time or $. Would ratherpay $2-3 less. Get better quality locally served, all quality ingredients coffee and tea and have fresh pastries. People justpay for the space to hang out basically and up-charged regular drinks. Im from Seattle, can't believe this is what Starbucksturned into 15 years later. Very disappointed. The only reason you're getting good business there is because you're monopolizingthe coffee shop industry and opened a shop in a new middle/upper class area with no other small coffee shops around. Stopped by this location last night. There were 2 employees, and the dining room was closed. Still, the line moved quickly, the... service was friendly, and the beverages were amaze. Those girls should be making $25 an hour for doing what they're doing aswell as they're doing it. I realize that's not going to happen, because corporations, but someone has to recognize their worth. Ordered Cinnamon Dolce Latte. Received one without espresso, only milk and sugar. By the time I realized it I was to far to go... back. Waste of money. Read more

Great location, fast and very friendly service. Drive through is very convenient and runs pretty quick. Can be pretty awkward... when the drive-through is busy, and a pain to get on/off Providence Road. That said, the order is always correct, service quickand efficient, and great staff. Tons of seating indoor and great outdoor spot. Inside the store has to be one of the most welllit Starbucks or cafes I've ever been in. Beautiful new Starbucks design/layout with white subway tile and tons of naturallight -- very airy and refreshing. Read more
I have been to a lot of Starbucks in my time? I think this one takes the cake. They are quick (despite always being slammed) and... they are so friendly! I usually do a mobile order and on the way out someone will tell me to have a good day even for a mobileorder! I also had a strange request (Harris teeter Starbucks made my drink wrong) and they REMADE IT FOR FREE. I feel likethey really care about the customer here. I am so impressed every time! Or should I say everyday because I have a Starbucksproblem. The employees and management should be proud to run such a great place. Read more
