This is a Starbucks I wont be coming back to. I came here because all the power went out randomly where I lived and I had to... find some wifi to submit my assignments for school. Because of a fast, I didn't buy any beverage and I was in here for maybelike 5 minutes before the employees started blasting rock music. There was no music on before, but they suddenly turned it onand then turned it up significantly louder than it was before. I felt pretty offended that these kids thought it'd be a betteridea to force out me and the only other girl in there that was quietly studying rather than asking us what they needed to. I've been here a few times and my drink is always great. This past time my debit card chip wasn't reading so I tried a couple of... times and gave up and went to pay in cash. The employee (did not get her name) said it was okay and she had it. This worker paidfor my coffee and made my week! Such great service and kind employees! Read more

I have ordered Americano and a croissant, but got stocked for a while waiting for my croissant to be warmed up and ready. Twice... I remind them about my order, and I was told that it is getting ready, without checking on it. After some time passed, I noticedthat they just putting it now in a microwave. They simply forgot about my order and didn't pay attention to my questions. Seemsthat the personnel at this location is not trained well. Read more

I showed up at 0600 am when their schedule clearly says they opened at 0530. Staff ignored us while we were waiting outside even... though they saw us out there and didn't bother to come out to tell us they were opening later due to being short staff. We hadto call the store to ask them about their operating hours, and they said they were opening an hour later due to one of theiropeners not showing up. I understand not being able to open up shop due to being short staffed but also, don't look someone inthe eye and ignore them as they are standing outside your shop. It would've been nice to be acknowledged in person rather thancalling in to ask. Read more
