I lived in plaza for 3 months now. Right up the street from Harris teeter. Im a bit of a coffee connoisseur, I?ve stopped at the... Starbucks in Harris teeter multiply times but each time the drink is always off and the attitude of this specific Starbucks is?idgaf?. So I started going to other Starbucks. Today was different. My girlfriend and I came to harris teeter to get coffeefrom their Starbucks. $12 for 2 coffee which is expected from Starbucks, but when the 2 employees behind the counter looked highout of their mind and they are pouring syrup into the drinks instead of pumping it. Basically just making the wrong drink whichis a trend at this Starbucks. But when they gave it to us and we tried it, it tasted like we were drinking straight syrup andsweet cream. So I asked them did you just pour the syrup in or what happened and they both lied even though we watched them makethe drinks wrong. I?m not sure if these employees at this Starbucks are even trained to be a barista or they?re just fill insbut they consistently do a bad job. Read more
I've been to this location twice. I always try to give things the benefit of the doubt. Both times I've order and it's taken... over 10 minutes for a coffee. The other thing was they're always out of certain items on the menu. It could be due to the factthat it's in a grocery which makes it a small space to have numerous employees. They probably need 2 to 3 people working therein the mornings. Read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. At 12:45pm there was one person working and he was clearly working intentionally slowly. I... waited over 15 minutes in line. He never acknowledged any of the (long) line of people waiting. When finally I did get mycoffee it was tepid--not even a little warm! I hope management is reading this because the experience was truly awful. I'mgiving this one-star because there's no option of zero stars. Read more
Went to the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter last Tuesday morning. The girl was rude and unfriendly. She wouldn't even smile and... barely spoke. It was like she didn't even want to be there. Fortunately, she made my order correctly and didn't take too long.So I have to give her credit for her efficiency. But her customer engagement was sadly lacking. Read more
