On my way to work I ordered my usual a ?White Chocolate Mocha Latte? through Uber Eats.. unfortunately whoever made my order... this morning, made my latte order over ice. ???? So upsetting seeing as I am working a double split shift today. I then called &whoever answered the phone was very friendly and was absolutely willing to make the situation right. She grabbed my name and putme down for a credit on file! Here is the best part - so on my break I go to the Starbucks and the situation was absolutelyrecovered!! Dave was amazing!! And he makes an amazing White Chocolate Mocha Latte ???????????????? Such great conversation &service from this gentleman!! Not going to lie, I am totally in awe.. I typically steer away from Starbucks in Harris Teeterlocations because I don?t feel like the service is ever good. But boy was I proved wrong today!!! Go to this Starbucks if you want the staff to talk down to you and REFUSE to give you what your asking for!! Any other Starbucks... in charlotte will give you a Venti cup of ice water but her sorry we can't give you that . Last I checked I was a payingcustomer.. I'm pretty sure that if somebody wants a drink remade they will get another cup, better watch out they will startpouring out your drink and reusing the same cup. This Starbucks is a joke!! Read more
A+ service! This is the best Starbucks in Charlotte. Very good staff and my drink is always on point. The big dude with the... beard and the pretty blonde girl are the A squad there. It was a step above Target Starbucks stores. This one has a larger seating area and an outside addition. There was an entrance... to Harris teeter store. I didn't step into Harris Teeter. The coffee they made was a Apple Crisp Oat Macaccino, it wasexcellent. I didn't give it a 4 star due to view when you sit down. Read more
