The barista at the register absolutely lit up when she saw me and asked how my day was going, absolutely made my day.
The worst. A barista with a star sticker on her face was so slow and was keeping up the line. She was not even trying and didn?t... care. The London fog was just like milk and foam. This Starbucks needs some major help. I dont believe any of the staff is properly trained including the manager. I have never... ordered anything from this particular location and had it come out correct. The staff seems to be more concerned with chattingto each other than the people waiting in line. 25 mins for 2 coffee's and a sandwich. Ordered my favorite drink, that I purchase almost daily at another location downtown, and the employee argued with me on how it... was made. After I showed him the app, showing the correct way, he continued to argue stating he was going to be contactingcorporate to let them know their app was wrong. He was very rude.
