Whoever is there this morning needs more customer service training.. if a customer forgets to order something at the drive... through there are many different routes to take other than the lazy route of making the customer make the line all over againbecause you have other people waiting. An option would be to take their order and ask them to come and grab it inside or havesomeone run it out to them. Everyone makes mistakes but what makes the difference is how you correct them. Please see update below! Whoever made this coffee deserves a fricken raise. I?ve had some ehhh experiences here but this makes... up for 10000% of them. Whoever was on cafe mobile bar today seriously needs to get a complimentary coffee master apron.200000/10 Edit- How is it possible I?ve not gotten a single good coffee since I wrote this review. I?ve wasted over a hundreddollars. Today I had a pumpkin foam cold brew with sweet cream. There was no cream so I asked them to remake it. Tell me whythis woman hands me back the same drink where she poured sweet cream in (ruining the foam) and it literally looked like shepoured an entire teaspoon in. I threw it in the trash and walked out. As someone who used to work at Starbucks as a supervisorfor over a year, I can?t believe they call that customer service. I?m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I reallyrecommend you go to the one by sonic on w arrowwood rd. It is infinitely better. There's always a problem when I come here. Either I wait close to 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me... or, the refreshers are not prepared right, or they are missing the strawberries or they just simply ran out of refreshers. This is the only Starbucks that never have anything I order. Never add Strawberries in my Strawberry Açaí Refresher & half... make it. I?m not sure what this watered down drink is but it was definitely not refreshing, do better. Read more
The entrance to this Starbucks is kind of hidden. It faces the street.. The drive thru wrapped around the building when I... arrived at around 11 am. The barista who helped me inside the store was very helpful and nice. I decided to collect the BeenThere Mugs only of the States that I have traveled all over. I was a bit nervous when I didn't see it on the shelf ofmerchandise. They only had the shopping bag NC ornaments. I decided to ask and so glad that I did. They had them behind thecounter including the Charlotte one. I'm only getting the State ones. The brown portion of the box was already flipped over toenclose the mug. Because it is very tightly inserted onto the box, it takes patience to slide it off in order to flip it over,and challenging to slide it back on. I haven't decided if I'm going to keep the mug in the boxes, but the lid was damaged fromforcing it to closed. Oh well, I'm holding back my OCD. ???? The mango dragonfly refresher tasted great. I'm glad she asked if Iwanted water or lemonade. I forgot they have both versions. The lemonade version is a lot sweeter, and with water, it's stillvery sweet. The sugar plum cheese Danish tasted good when warmed. Read more
Very friendly staff.. everyone bad very positive and welcoming energy. I ordered a iced matcha latte. It was mixed... perfectly..no complaints.... And caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino which was also delicious. Extra CRUNCH was added. ????.. Irecommend this location. I'll be returning. Read more
Amazing customer service and a very nice and quiet place for students or if you are working a project. Not many big tables,... mostly for two people at a table, I would say 5 tables at most. This location offers drive thru option. Read more
Seems like almost every time I go to this location they have annoying attitudes and lack of competence. Today it was the girl... with green natural hair. I wasted money because of her lack of simple knowledge and/or the fact that she just didn't care. It'sclosest to my home but I usually try to avoid it. Read more
