Two stars for my drink being made quickly, minus three stars for it being made incorrectly and then being told it was exactly... what I ordered. I ordered a medium white chocolate mocha. It taste like straight milk no flavor. I'm assuming it must be a new person making the... hot drinks, whoever made my drink needs training! We showed up and it was not too busy today. My mom ordered a pour over and after she paid they told her it would be 10 to 15... minutes for a pour over. We get this all the time and usually it?s max 5 minutes if busy. We asked the girl and she was notapologetic and kind of snarky. Not what we are used to with Starbucks. Read more
