Placed a mobile order at 7:47 am, had to wait until 8:15 am to find out that they didn't have what I ordered. I understand that... they might run out of items, it happens, that's fine. But to wait that long to let someone know is ridiculous. It didn't seemunusually busy and they had an employee who was only doing food items, so it should've been noticed pretty fast. Maybe she wasin training, you never know, but was definitely frustrating. I asked for a refund and was waiting at the cashier. She was inthe process of handling my refund, and got distracted with another customer. All she had to do was click a button for me to bedone with the transaction, but instead she helped another customer and my time was wasted again. No complaints about theemployees themselves, but maybe time management needs to be a priority and common sense of taking care of a customer whosetransaction can be completed in 2 minutes, has been waiting in line, and was already in the process of said transaction vs.someone who just walked in and has a ton of questions. I have been here before and enjoyed my drink. This time I went they didn't have a certain item for the drink I asked for so I... got something else. The drink I got had pieces of plastic in it. Why? I do not know. Read more

I left Seattle before the coffee thing started. I needed a place to meet someone to talk and went in. Small tables and laptops... every where. Reminds me of the 60's cafés . Read more

Staff is always changing and they never seem to be on the same page. I've seen the managers speak harshly to the employees, roll... their eyes at customers, and never have any urgency to serve the customers. This store is too new to already be going to thewayside. It starts with management. Get better leaders and you get better service. Wake Coffee Company is just across thehighway - better coffee, better drinks, and better staff. Support local and not this giant conglomerate that obviously doesn'tcare! Read more

I was loving this location when they first opened up. However, I have noticed that the quality has dropped severely the last few... weeks. I put in a mobile order almost every day. It makes my commute easier when I can pull through the drive thru and my orderis already ready. That has not been the case for the last few weeks. Ordered ahead only to have to wait as they prepare it whileI'm at the window. Today I ordered a toasted plain bagel and coffee. Coffee was right but only after sitting at the window forover ten mins. Then I had to ask for my bagel and the cashier gave me an ice cold raisen bagel that hadn't been toasted/warmed.This is frustrating. Especially since I was rushing to work and didn't realize until I had already left. Not sure what'shappening there but to be this new of a location and already slipping in quality...feels like something is wrong here. Read more

Purchased breakfast this morning and my debit card was not given back to me and two unauthorized purchases from starbucks is on... my card. Card the store and they have my card but I was told they can not do anything about the unauthorized purchases on mycard and to call corporate. Very unacc4 Read more
