Small Starbucks inside of a Harris Teeters. Even smaller than the regular one you'd find inside the store. Very limited... selection but the barista was knowledgeable and able to help me select a delightful and dairy-free drink that was off menu. Madefor a great morning. Read more
If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I work in customer service too so I know what it?s like to be on the other side... of the counter and this is by far one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had. There is an older lady that works here, I didn?tcatch her name because she wasn?t wearing a name tag but first of all let me just start by saying she clearly is MISERABLE atwork, it just shows from the second you walk up to her. Second, when I ordered my drink I was trying out a different combinationand when I told her what it was she straight up said ?EW? like what?!? I was honestly baffled by that reaction because not oncedid I ask her for her opinion on the drink that I AM going to drink. I?ve also seen her not help other employees out when theyhave a line of 6-7 people at once, she just stands there doing nothing or she leaves them on their own to figure it out. That?sa lot of pressure on other people and I guarantee they won?t last there working with her. I?m not really one to leave badreviews but I?ve had multiple bad experiences at this same Starbucks that I just completely avoid it at this point. I wouldrather drive to a different one even though this one is closer to me. I hope corporate sees this review and makes a changebecause the behavior from that individual at this Starbucks is disgusting . Read more

This is the second time I've been to this Starbucks and they don't have the blonde caffe americano. Got a regular caffe... americano instead, which is supposed to have 225mg of caffeine, but it tasted like milk. Barely any coffee flavor. When I gothome, I made my own coffee and used the Starbucks one as creamer. Read more

Long drive thru wait compared to other Starbucks down the road, kept botching up my order. I would've left but I was sandwiched... between cars for 15min. I had to repeat it numerous times. Got to window, order was still wrong and had to wait even longer forthem to remake. It was only one drink.... at least drink was good in the end Read more
