Absolutely the SLOWEST Starbucks drive thru I have ever been to. design of the parking lot/drive thru is horrible and... inefficient. I don?t know what it is, but every time I come here it is always a 20+ minute wait in the drive Thru. Read more
Very busy location -- people are friendly & work hard to get the orders out fast -- bustling -- maybe some of the negative... reviews are from folks who have "high maintenance" orders? I walked into StarBucks, no one Greeted me. I had a feeling this location was a bad choice. I went to RestRm. Tissue all over... floor.Dining Floors appear filthy. I went upstairs to look, as I was a 1st time Visitor of this location. No problem. Came backdownstairs to see if I would get acknowledged. One lady said hi, then another said I will be with you shortly. I asked for aBus. Card, so I could contact Corp. Off. No cards. Asked for Mgr. She was a lady who stood before me but never Greeted. Theywere comfortable not Greeting anyone. Check Reviews before you get bad Service. I?m planning to contact Corp. on Mon. Nastylocation with a 97.5 rating. Read more
I went through the drive thru and as soon as I heard the employees voice I figured I was going to get a bad customer service... which I did. It seemed like the employee did not want to work. I got a simple drink and asked for extra caramel drizzle. When Ipulled up to the window, the employee didn?t say hi or anything just the price. I saw another employee give her my drink whichshe held up, looked at it confused and proceeded to hand it to me. There was no extra caramel drizzle in my drink and on top ofthat they filled it up to the top to the point where it was spilling out. She didn?t offer a straw and when I asked for one itfelt as if I bothered her for asking. Surprised on the bad customer service at this Starbucks! Read more
Terrible customer service and the drinks taste different compared to other Starbucks stores. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí... Lemonade drink but they gave me the regular Strawberry Açaí drink without the lemonade because they were out of lemonade eventhough I paid for the lemonade. No refund, no other options provided. They also didn?t know how to make the dragon drink Iordered as well. It tasted bad. Never coming back here as long as the same employees with bad customer service work here. Read more
They were three workers down and the three employees on staff were working their butts off to get us our orders even though it... was 40 minutes late. The lady pictured was really calm and collected despite the hustle and stress. Read more
