Macey and Rayna were pleasant and their customer service was stellar! They understand how a smile makes all the difference! I... had been going to the one on 7th and barely got a "good morning" from one employee, no smile from either and just cold serviceon both of the trips there. Imagine... It's after 5am and the person serving you is emotionally dead. Why even work 1st shift orwith the public at all if you can't treat people like they matter! Glad I found out about the Providence location. Only thingwas when I looked this place up, I swore it said "drive-thru" which it is not; however, I would definitely visit again! Thankyou ladies! This location is one of my favorites in the area and I only have good things to say about them! The order is always correct and... quality ???? and the employees are polite and quick with your order. The store stays pretty busy in the am, but there's nevermuch of a wait. I would highly recommend. Read more
This location used to be along the route of my morning commute but I moved to Uptown. All the Uptown locations are OK but never... have the dark roast (my favorite) after 10 AM. I had the opportunity to visit this location today after a few months and it wasrefreshing to have my normal cup of coffee back. I gave the Uptown locations 3 months to get it right but they couldn't. Sadly, I will have to make the trip to this location each day now to ensure I get the taste expected. The staff here are alwayspleasant, professional, and efficient. I feel like I have known them forever. Thanks! Read more
They DO NOT have a drive thru. I Googled looking for a Starbucks with one and they seem to come up. Service is great though!!
