I love the subway food but when I got my Sandwich curbside at this location the staff forgot my chips so I called back the... Subway staff and wanted my chips and packets of mayonnaise. The first staff lied to me and stated they didn't have nomayonnaise packets but when I returned back the female subway staff brought my chips and mayonnaise to my car curbside. Read more

FOR THE OWNER-- There is a big problem going on at your subway. I have been coming to your establishment for a while now, and... your employees are very unorganized, unprepared and quite sloppy. I came there today and I am quite disgusted!! The guy at thecounter had an attitude when he was making my sandwich; he was inconsistent in his treatment of customers, and then themanager-the lady took over my sandwich when i complained about his attitude and she decided to pour way too much salt and pepperin my sandwich. I told her I think that is too much, she said no it wasnt; but it was. I am eating the sandwich now away fromyour restaurant, and it has way too much pepper and salt. This was done spitefully by your manager. You shouldn't haveemployees running your business who lack simple moral character to treat your customers right. If I get sick in anyway from themess your manager put in my food, I will take legal action against you. You need to make some serious changes to yourbusiness. The behavior of some of your employees is quite offensive and upsetting. Read more
Worst service I have every had at a Subway. Ordered online get there food was not ready. Literally standing there the worker... says: "That's an online order you don't have to worry about it." The workers began complaining about even being there. ????.Don't get me started on the long line. I normally don't write reviews but this was just something that needed to be writtenabout. Not to mention the worker even criticised the way people are ordering food. I hope it gets better. Read more
The manager has absolutely no customer service skills. She is rude! I was over charged and she did not want to make it right.... And I refused to just let them take my money so she called the cops l. We gave her the food back and she had to give us a fullrefund. I have been going to this subway for a long time but this manager is the WORST! She was cursing and HER child wassitting on the table in the restaurant! Read more
Big eating line . One of the workers was by herself trying to get all the customers order while the other two work pals where... smoking pot outside ! Horrible customer service ???????Definitely have to hire better people to serve the customers Read more
This is one of the most on again off again Subway?s I?ve seen. I live in the adjoining neighborhood and since the new ownership... took over I?ve been there twice in the early afternoon only to find the door locked, no one inside and the only workingemployees outside smoking in their cars. They let person after person approach the door without so much as a note explainingthat they were on break. Professionalism would be to have one person break while the other continues to take orders. Not shutthe whole restaurant down indefinitely while your customers watch you smoke outside. Normally the service is great and the makethe sandwich perfectly. Not so much lately. Read more
