Great experience here. Subs are like most subways around, but the customer service was excellent. I watched a girl named Shida... help the people in front of me. She went way above and beyond more than once to help customers out. Definitely not expected at anormal subway. Read more
The main problem with this location is they always seem to be out of something. In my experience, it?s usually the veggies like... tomato and spinach, which becomes very frustrating when you order something online only for them to cancel it without theability to articulate why. Read more
They had no meat or cheese options. I asked for Turkey and Provolone cheese. The kid behind the counter said ?no Turkey and no... provolone? I said very politely, ?okay, well what do you have?? His response very rudely was to gesture to the whole buffetarea....with social distancing protocols paired with my height I can?t see in there in those basins. I would hire more friendlystaff. Then you?ll be busier at dinner time so meats and cheeses will all be able to be put out. I can get over limited options,but I already work with rude people all day, so I won?t deal with that on my break. For a few months I came here weekly, if notmore, but not anymore if that means dealing with staff with such a attitude. ?- Went back today - Sunday to give them anothershot. MUCH Better experience! I am giving the 5 stars for the service they provided. I did have the new brisket sandwich. It says to dry for my taste. But I... must say it tasted good. Just to dry. Suggest people to try it though. Read more
New staff is great especially the nice young black gental man who was just working when I went for lunch today! He is always... very polite and fast and clean which is a big deal to me when choosing where to eat! They had no spinach which wasn't his foughtbut a management problem but overall I use to dread going there for food but now it is a very nice experience! Read more
