Placed an online order around 730am, waited about 5 minutes and pulled to the speaker only to be told they werent taking orders.... I said..well i just placed an online order so how does that work... she said they were waiting for the food to cook and it wouldbe 20 to 30 minutes. So i pull off and wait 35 minutes and pull back through at 805am- to be told the exact same thing. That itsgoing to be 20 or 30 minutes. Their Mexican pizza was good. Nice to see the potato soft taco back on the menu. Our Order was served in a timely fashion. But, ... Cinnamon crisps were stale. For most of the time, we were the only customers eating in. The music was too loud and even thoughI requested an employee to please turn it down, it remained loud and annoying. Certainly not dinner music. ???? I nowunderstand why most of their customers just use the drive thru. Read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever ate from. Definitely will not eat there again. The night shift has consistently... delivered the lowest quality ?food?possible, the orders are made sloppily and missing many ingredients. The food is overalldisgusting and whoever cooks the rice and beans always leaves them cold and hard. The night shift is responsible for the worstquality service and food I have ever seen. I wish a health inspector would stop there at night time and shut this nasty spotdown. After eating here expect to have sharp stomach pains and bloating. It?s not worth it. Eat somewhere else. So much better than the location on Sharon Amity. The order was correct and the staff who manned the drive-up window was prompt... and courteous. Use to go to the location on Sharon Amity because it was closer to home but finally had enough of the lousyattitude and extremely poor customer service . This location is further away but worth the drive when we get a craving for TacoBell which is the only fast food we eat. They also labeled the items so we knew which one was which on our order. Went to this location tonight for the first time ever and will never return. After spending with no exaggeration, literally 45... minutes in line at the drive through with only 6 cars to begin with in front of me. When it was finally my turn a incrediblyrude woman running drive thru refused my large order because they were too short handed. She was unbelievably rude to me,couldn't get the order right no matter how many times I repeated myself and then yelled at me that she can't fulfill the order.I literally ordered 20 crispy tacos and 10 soft...nothing special about a signal one of them. It was close to 9:00pm by the timeI got to the speaker granted, but for a company that advertises being open until 2am, that's not that late. Up until getting tospeaker, they were taking 3 orders from cars then filling them without taking another order from a car and then filling allinside orders before coming back to the drive thru. The guy in front of me waited 15 minutes to place his order with absolute noone in front of him in drive thru. Definitely staffing shortage, but if you can not fulfill simple orders than call the owners,managers or district managers in to work or just close the darn place down. Very disappointed. Not a huge fan of Taco Bell inthe first place but was looking for something different than burgers. Well I certainly won't ever visit this store again thatsfor sure. Read more

The staff here were unprofessional. I ordered something that is pretty much the only thing I can have due to allergies and the... lady at the window didn't understand why I was questioning the price. I told her I didn't want the drink just the bowl. I getthe meal with the receipt (why can't they give that to you when you pay for your product) and as the other person in my vehiclebegins to drive away, I notice that the person at the window charged me for a chicken chalupa meal. There was a pricedifference. When I went in she DID say she would make it right, but that meant fixing the food. She was the only person onregister and cars were lining up. I wanted to really press her for my $1.20ish difference WITH that drink because we all knowit's summer and she charged me for it on the first order. She was not DIRECTLY rude, NO, she turned her face to do her lipsmacking and eye rolling and to ask her fellow workers if I was gone yet because she wanted to slap me. Read more

I think Taco Bell is excited as we are about the return of the Mexican Pizza. I believe they made a bunch to order not fresh to... order. Absolutely horrible, stiff and old. Very displeasing will be contact store mgr ASAP. Read more
