Placed an order online for pick up. When I got to the store the doors were all locked, so now I?m in the drive through line.... Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead? Editing to add that when I got to the drive through ordering speaker, they hadno record of my order being placed and had to remake it. So that?s fun. Read more
Catching up on reviews. I frequent this location the most, but this review is for a visit on Sunday, 05-29-22. People in a... foodie group were going on and on about the taco pizza being brought back to the menu. I'd never had it before, & I'm glad itdid since it ended up selling out. These pictures were snapped in my car right after the pizza was handed to me. The box wasmessy; they could've at least grabbed some napkins to attempt to wipe the box. Not sure if the staff was new. That usually isnot the norm at this location. The pizza seemed a bit messy, too. Nothing to write home about, & doubt I'd buy it again if itreturned to the menu. Assuming this was an off night. Absolutely AWFUL! Went through the drive through and the guy says "you can order", I said, "just a second please", and within... 10 seconds he, VERY rudely, said "WHAT DO YOU WANT". I placed my order and drove up and got my food. Got home and the orderwasn't right and my wife nacho bell grande was the worst nachos she ever ate. We will NEVER return, NEVER! I WOULD STARVE FIRST! Loved the food.... didn't love being charged more then the menu board said. See photos.... board says $5.99 for combo. ... Receipt said $6.59. Big difference. I feel cheated. Read more
The crew is really friendly and fast! The absolute best Taco Bell in Charlotte, hands down! Lobby is always clean, food is hot... and fresh, managers are always ready to help and available to guests! Bathrooms are real spacious and stocked well! Never haveto wait long in Drive- Thru either! The place really deserves 6 stars as far as Taco Bells go! Read more
Food was good, standard Taco Bell fare. The service was super fast, but they forgot one of my items. I'd still go back, though.
