Should have ate my smoothie with a fork. It was very chunky, not blended well, and too much ice. Food was also not hot.

I told myself I wouldn't go back after almost a year, I've always loved Tropical smoothie but unfortunately some locations are a... hit or miss, including This particular location, however it has improved significantly from customer service and the way theyare making there smoothies. The one next to my store in Uptown or Downtown closed and there are few other locations very far away. THIS LOCATION IS A... SURVIVOR. Thanks for keeping the legendary "Mocha Madness" alive. Visited today for the first time and ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and blueberry bliss smoothie. The wrap hit the spot! It... was delicious and fresh! The smoothie was refreshing and soooo yummy! my wrap was so messy. my Smoothie doesn't taste right. I did an order to go I started drinking it in the car it tasted nothing... like the bamana mama. It tastes just like strawberries. I had the Baja Chicken Bowl which was pretty good. The chicken tasted like actual roasted chicken and the roasted tomato salsa... had a good kick to it. Very fresh tasting. I will definately go back. The girl who took my order was very helpful as this was myfirst time there. Read more

My girlfriend and I decided to try this new place and we loved it! We got two different smoothies to give it a try and both were... delicious. I also got one the wraps they have and it was very tasty... The staff was friendly to us that day and gave usrecommendations to what was their best selling smoothies.
