Enjoyed my late lunch with my kids. When they got fussy during my ordering process Crystal and her team were amazing offering... them stickers and talking to them. The food is always good but it was much appreciated that they didn?t rush me or my children.We ate outside on the covered patio which was clean and empty of other guest. Cons: We tried ordering from the app but kept receiving an error message. When I called I learned it was because they were out... of fries... need an app update that streamlines ordering. Curbside pickup in the app stated to mark "I'm here" only to state Ineeded to call inside. They were busy so I ended up going in. Pros: Customer service was friendly. The food was amazing! Iadded some salt to the Peruvian rice and sweet potato fries but that's just personal taste preference. The chicken was marinatedto perfection. First time here and had a wonderful experience. Very clean, friendly staff, and while my husband had lots of chicken options... there were a surprising number of vegetarian options, including the beans and many of the dishes can be made without meat. Recently visited the Park Rd location. This was my first visit to a Viva Chicken. I have to say the food is amazing but the... customer service was even better. Anthony was very patient while I was ordering.. he could tell it was taking me a minute so heasked if he could help and really guided me through their menu selection based on my personal taste.
