This location needs a little bit more training. Almost there. Work on not cross contamination. I started going to a different... Waffle House a little further away. Ended up having breakfast at this location 8/26/ 2022. The heavy set African Americanwaiters with the locs was almost verbally belittling the cook. I understand the cook may have been making mistakes. But, hertone and attitude was something I personally didn?t care to see. Read more
Horrible service and qauilty!! Had a hair in my drink before I could even order any food and then that was made incorrectly... despite being a simple order. We were largely ignored the entire time we were there to the point that there were no refills forour drinks and we waited 15 mins just for the check. The waitresses attitude kept my friends from even ordering any food. To topit all off, I saw a huge, live cockroach just feet away from me while waiting for the check. The staff here is extremely amazing and hard working! My friends and I stopped in on an extremely busy night, 2 rockstars were... running the entire restaurant. Our order was correct, our food was delicious, the staff kept it professional and fun while underlots of pressure. Waited for 40 min before being told our waitress forgot to put our order in. An hour after being seated we were served food that... wasn?t right at all. It then took another 20 minutes and sending our order back to the kitchen twice more to get our correctfood and my FIRST refill on my coffee. I?m not one to normally complain but this was absolutely terrible service and terriblecustomer service provided. Also my ?covered? hash browns was an unmelted piece of cheese under my COLD gravy.
