I came in last night with my family. Our waitress, sierra, was unfriendly, and unprofessional. I enjoy coming to the Waffle... House because we always feel welcomed, but after last night my family and I won?t be back. She had an attitude the entire time,got our food wrong, and made us feel as if we were not welcomed. My friend and I decided to stop by the Waffle House for breakfast this morning. And we were not disappointed. Immediately after... we entered, we were greeted by all 4 staff members that were present. A very warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant andrestrooms were all immaculate. And especially so, when you consider that they are open 24/7/365. We were allowed to choose ourown seating, which made it all the more inviting and comfortable, considering the current state...of this seemingly neverendingpandemic. A staff member named Ms. Lo waited on us and from beginning to the end, she was exceptionally pleasant, kind andthoughtful. As were the rest of the staff members. There was plenty of parking and everything was handicap accessible. It's beena while since my last visit; suffice it to say that my next visit will be much sooner.
