I primarily use the drive-thru but have always gotten hot quality food and the line moves pretty speedy. No complaints here.

With Charlotte rain and a poor drive thru setup that doesn?t shield from said rain (thunderstorm) then a rude manager I?m... assuming she is. I waited in like everyone else little girl in the rain at that, it?s neither your fault or mines this locationhas no overpass so customers are literally getting soaked to place an order for fast food. My being new the state I guess othersdon?t mind, but I thought I could place an order at the door and call it a day. I was met with some attitude, as if I had cutthe line on a clear sunny day and was demanding service. I simply didn?t want to get soaked to place an order for a burgerlittle girl. Their dining room is never open,leading to incredibly long wait times. They misplace mobile orders and get orders wrong a good... bit of the time. it would be a far better idea to go to a Wendy's that's farther away than to go here, you will actually getwhat you ordered and it will probably take less time as well. I typically don?t review places unless they were really bad or really good, this particular Wendy?s was amazing, the burger... taste like they just cooked it, all the vegetables taste fresh, the bun was perfect and to top it all off the service isunmatched here, it strongly rivals any chickfila experience I?ve ever had. The line was very long when I arrived but it wasmoving quickly aswell so even though there was about 10 cars ahead of me I got in and out within maybe 8-12 minutes which islike a minute per customer. The service was also great as there was an older gentleman working the window and he apologized toeach and every customer for the wait and served with a smile, but that?s nothing new because regardless if it?s him or one ofthe lady?s at the window they always serve you with a smile and kind attitude(which is rare for fast food and rare for a Wendy?sspecifically) I?ve gone to Wendy?s before and was served a frozen slice of cheese on my burger before and I never have to worryabout that when I come here. We ordered 3 $5 Biggie Bags and a kids meal nuggets. Food was hot and fresh, the wait time wasn't long.
