I was here earlier today and a Wendy's employee stole my credit card and proceeded to order things from Walmart and Amazon. When... I love Wendy's and don't recall ever receiving bad service until this particular time. I was patient with the semi slow service... but the cashier was the worst I've seen. She wasn't friendly and when I thanked her for my food her only response was closingthe window on me. The food wasn't at it's best but considering the service I'm not surprised. Read more

I've met brick walls with more personality then the employee who took my order at the window. "Wendys" was the only thing said... when I pulled up then as I was trying to order after each item I was cut off with "is that it." Sorry but if you can't even havea modicum of friendliness you shouldn't be working food service, especially the window at the drive through. Read more

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered on the app before doing so. Person at the window insisted 4 times that I pay again after I... already paid on the app. They then tried to tell whoever was standing there I refused to pay and wanted free food. Theycorrected her and told her it was a mobile order. She proceeded to pitch a hissy fit and threw my food and drinks at me. Shedidn't speak for the rest of the interaction. I suggest a little more training before putting someone at the window if they'regoing to get mad for being wrong about something. Read more

Good was fresh, customer service was good. The only thing I didn't like was my receipt being mixed in with my fries n nuggets.... Ew???????????. But other than that this was my second time visiting this particular Wendy's and I will be back! Read more

They were very courteous and fast with our order and my little boy fell in love with their habanero ranch dip. My wife and I... were informed over and over about this amazing new dip he discovered for the next 30 minutes and still brings it up occasionallyback at home. Read more
