I haven't been to Wendy's in years. I finally tried there breakfast. I don't eat meat so I had the crossaint sandwich with just... egg and cheese and the French toast sticks. I ordered on the mobile app ahead.I waited about 10 mins at the window. I canunderstand why others believe this is slow but Ive been in the food industry and I know there are probably short staff esp inthe mornings,but with that said the food was fine and my order was correct and hot. Came here for a door dash order, waited for 20 minutes and still no employees came to the driveway window even after beeping... several time. They also won?t let you inside the restaurant. This Wendy?s is terrible don?t even waste your time coming here. Read more
Tried to eat here, stood at the counter for five minutes, alone. Guy came out of the kitchen asked me what I wanted, I told... him, he went back in the kitchen. A few minutes later I left. No one ever actually put my order into a register people in thekitchen kept calling for a coordinator. Definitely was not a good day. Read more
If you try to go after 11pm don't bother. The employees inside will just ignore you until you leave. In the rare cases they do... say something over the drive-through mic, it's always "chicken nuggets and fries only". They pretend their out of everythingelse so they don't have to do anything. This has been going on for over a year now. They don't even deserve 1 star. Get to the drive thru to order was told they were only accepting mobile orders. Placed mobile... order waited at window for 20 minutes. Drive around building again 4 workers sitting outside together saying they were tired andtaking a break and laughing. Went back to intercom and was told they were only accepting cash at the moment. Explained that weplaced a mobile order gave name and was told to move to pick up window. It still took another 10 minutes to be handed food thatlooked like it had been cooked 2 days ago. Love the salads, the speed of service, and the exemplary customer service the man running the speaker and the window provides.... It takes everything being done perfectly for me to leave a fast food review, which I proudly report of this location. Everysalad I get from here is perfectly made and delicious with large portions. My only regret is not eating here sooner!!! Though,getting back on the road is challenging, especially when everybody gets backed up waiting to turn left. Read more
We were in a hurry this morning, but we've got kids and have a strong preference for eating inside. So we waited the 10 minutes... for the dining room to open. It was supposed to open at 11. It didn't. 11:05, still not open. 11:07, we decide to ask them tounlock their doors so we can come in and eat. Nope. They only have 2 people working today, so they aren't going to open thedining room. PUT UP A SIGN, SO WE DON'T WASTE OUR TIME! I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because this is one of the few Wendy'sthat actually included all the food we ordered, and they actually salt their fries. Read more
