Every time I come to this Wendy's, even with a completely empty line, the person taking orders says "you're going to have to... give me a minute" and I have to wait upwards of five to even place my order which half the time isn't even handed out right. Read more
I wanted to dine in while I waited for my prescription to be filled but unable to due to both doors were locked at 3:20 in the... afternoon. The posted signs on both doors indicated that they should be open until 10 PM. Someone inside signaled for me to gothrough the drive-thru. There were no signs indicating why dine-in wasn?t available. i really wish i could leave absolutely no stars. my boyfriend and i visited this location less than a half hour ago. first of... all, the old woman at the window repeatedly tried to tell me what MY name was on the mobile order although i?m showing her on myphone exactly what my name is and how its spelled. after that, she tries TWICE to hand me food that i didn?t order and tried toinsist that it was, then she had the nerve to have an attitude! she tells us to pull over to the mobile order parking spacewhere we waited an additional 20+ minutes. when our food was finally brought out, the employee asked my boyfriend and i if wehad any weed that we?d share with him ??? oh, also our food was freezing cold. every time i visit this wendys i have an issue,they have the most ghetto, uncultured, uneducated and incompetent staff i?ve EVER come across. this location needs to be eithershut down or heavily restaffed. Worst fast food I?ve ever been to, just came home after being more than A HOUR in the drive thru line, ask for a southwest salad... with ALL TOPPINGS ON IT and two medium fries. Salad came as a $2 dollars store salad which I am going to throw away and thefries were cold as heck. Lady with the moles on her face was very rude (manager). Food was so bad that we did not eat it, almost $17 for 2 burgers.
