He definitely exceeded my expectations and made me feel like he wanted our business! Trinity and I may will continue to usethis location even when the Rock Hill location opens. Things happen. Worst location ever. Had a pickup order and the workers stood there for almost 5 minutes before even acknowledging my presence.... Then they didn?t have multiple items I ordered and no ice whatsoever in the soda machine. I will definitely drive out of the waynext time to avoid this location. Read more
Ordered a 6 piece combo with corn. Didn?t get fries with my order. Tried calling the number and no one picks up and there?s no... voice Mail set up. I did submit a complaint online as well. It was a horrible experience, the girl in the place had no recognition about customer service. I had been waiting for 30 minutes... when I asked her for my food, she responded with attitude and said. NO, you were only waiting ten or fifteen minutes so Ichecked my receipt and told him. Seeing my receipt said that she had been waiting for over 30 minutes. It was like hatingeveryone.
