Tyvola Location - Just want to commend ANGELO for OUTSTANDING customer service when handling an issue with our takeout order.... He definitely exceeded my expectations and made me feel like he wanted our business! Trinity and I may will continue to usethis location even when the Rock Hill location opens. Things happen. Worst location ever. Had a pickup order and the workers stood there for almost 5 minutes before even acknowledging my presence.... Then they didn?t have multiple items I ordered and no ice whatsoever in the soda machine. I will definitely drive out of the waynext time to avoid this location. Read more
Ordered a 6 piece combo with corn. Didn?t get fries with my order. Tried calling the number and no one picks up and there?s no... voice Mail set up. I did submit a complaint online as well. I looked on my receipt it doesn?t say fries but ?seasoned? under thecombo that actually comes with wings and fries. It?s a system error but no one would pick up my calls to fix this issue. Read more
It was a horrible experience, the girl in the place had no recognition about customer service. I had been waiting for 30 minutes... when I asked her for my food, she responded with attitude and said. NO, you were only waiting ten or fifteen minutes so Ichecked my receipt and told him. Seeing my receipt said that she had been waiting for over 30 minutes. It was like hatingeveryone. I live in the same neighborhood and it's terrible how they treat people. Read more
I order delivery from here a lot. The food is pretty good and I?ll definitely be going back. The reasons I don?t give 5 stars... are because 1)it takes longer than average for the food to be prepared, and 2)they charge quite a bit more extra than isappropriate for dipping sauces. Read more
Horrible. Shut it down until you get a new staff before there is a problem on your hands. The way the world is, being in fast... food & being rude to customers is a recipe for disaster & people get hurt that way. The guy with the dreads and gap is rude &another customer was already going in & out of his car getting more & more agitated. No telling what he had or could have comeback with. It made me nervous. I?ll never come back to this location. My first time eating wings too & the customer servicealone will have me not eat it again. Haven?t even tasted the food yet but judging by the other reviews, I?m not expecting much.Oh yeah, & not to mention, we ordered online & waited 45 minutes at home per the order tracker, get there, another 30 minutewait! Never got our food. Only 2 workers present had to wait for a 200 + wing order ahead of ours. After 20 minutes of waiting, we... were rudely yelled at when we asked about our order. Another customer had waited 45 minutes at that point. They literally threwcash at us for a refund. So rude. Needs better management. Read more
