Decided to have lunch here a couple of days ago. The food was great, yet the service was slow and they decided to lock the doors... and shut down the dining room out the blue. This all took place around noon. I thought the door was jammed as a result ofnoticing people unable to get in all of a sudden. Didn't realize it was intentional until a customer got up to open the door forsomeone and the cashier said nooooo, the dining room is closed now. The same cashier that was periodically going back to helpwith the food, yet, I didn't see any gloves used or any washing of hands taking place. Oh yeah, cashier looked as if shecould've just wandered off the street and got behind the counter, cuz there was no indication of employment, that would beverified by any Zaxby uniform garment. Awful experience. Might not go to another zaxbys because of this. Go through drive thru and some rude underpaid and overworked... employee is breaking up over the speaker saying we are only doing online orders. Trying to deter orders I imagine to catch up onother work. Then I place order online. The drink machine and ice is busted in dining room. The chicken sandwich is just 3chicken tenders on a bun. Out of most the drinks. Close the location until your franchise owner figures out a way to not ruinZaxbys reputation by allowing them to ruin customers experience by the way they are forced to run this place. Read more

I went through the drive thru at this location and had the worst quality food ever. All my food was cold, the order was... completely wrong, and they didn't give me a receipt so they were in willing to correct any of it. Read more

I'd give zero stars if it were an option. This location should be closed. Just bit into a half-cooked sandwich, raw meat,... served by a person who clearly doesn't want to work there. Literally, I have never had a good experience at this location. Igive it try, after try because I have good memories of Zaxby's from my youth. Never Again. This place is terrible. They are always out of something and sometimes multiple things (today it was sweet tea and coleslaw),... and something is always down like the credit card machine, or computer. Today it was the headsets were down so I had to spendhalf my lunch break inside just to go to order and they told me they were out of sweet tea and coleslaw. I?m pregnant so all Iwanted wa a chicken fingers fries and extra coleslaw and tea. Literally every time I come here something is wrong. I?ve workeddown the road for a year now. Ridiculous. Read more

I went to this location before going to work to get an Asian Salad and another order. Went through the drive thru quickly with... no problems got my food and drove off without looking in the bag. Once I got to work and opened my bag I was absolutelydisappointed and upset because now I don't have any lunch. How do you mess up a salad. The salad was wilted and the egg rollswere soft like they had been sitting for awhile and the chicken on the salad was not not good. This is the worst experience Ihave EVER had with a Zaxby's.
