This is the most unwelcoming environment I?ve experienced. The gal taking our order couldn?t smile, soda was out of co2. When... asked if they could change it they tasted it and said it was fine. I asked for my money back for the soda (almost$3) , the dirtylooks I received were quite disappointing. I?m quite sure the Coca Cola company would not be aligned with the quality of theproduct being served. And one last remark- the cashier is wearing a ?Playboy? jacket which I find a bit disappointing as wellfor this eating establishment. The store is also quite dirty as there are no customers but plenty of dried food on the floor butno one seems to care. Thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend! Read more
Got steak kabobs. Disappointed there were no peppers no tomatoes no onions like described In menu?just meat. Also they used to... give several pieces warm pita wrapped in foil with Greek salad. I got 2 dry cold pieces no foil. Still giving 4 stars becausethe meat was cooked just right and flavor good. Potato salad was very good as well. Read more
I was very impressed with this restaurant. The inside is VERY clean and the two ladies who helped us - Alysa and Addie - were so... attentive and helpful. It's so unique and very refreshing to find people in the service industry who actually care about doing agreat job. Well done! As for the food, it was also fantastic - the steak kabobs were very tender and the side of BBQ sauce wasoutstanding - a new favorite. My wife had the chicken kabobs and they were equally impressive. It was also great to see thestaff sweeping the floors and really paying attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant. In this day and age of overpricedand underwhelming restaurants, this Zoe's Kitchen location REALLY knocked me out. We found great quality at a fair price in aclean and appealing restaurant staffed by people who care about doing a great job. Well done and thank you! Read more
Normally this is my spot for guilt free dinner. But lately the quality has been inconsistent. Today really upset me because for... $15 I would expect to have full size portions of a "premium" side. Very disappointed. Read more
Every other table was dirty in a completely empty restaurant except an employee on break, eating at the table holding a phone... conversation on speaker. Salmon was cold & pink on the inside, white beans were mushy cold soup, grilled cheese wasnt meltedand salad was wilted & not fresh. Barely ate the food & left. District/regional manager needs to visit this location to findout why its so horribly operated. Read more
If I could give zero that would be the score! First time visit on 06/27/2021. I would not eat at this location. My steak kabobs... were ice cold. I had to return them for a remake. The remake was just as bad. Meat was incredibly tough and loaded with fat andgristle. I tried to eat it because I was starved, but only got enough meat to make up one kabob. Next, the Grilled potato saladwas burnt. The potatoes were left on the grill so long they were not edible and charred. All I could taste was the burnt grill.They didn?t even bother adding the green onions or dressing. I guess the cooks are making the recipes their own way at thisplace. The cooks seem annoyed and like they wanted to be someplace else. The quality of their terrible work ethic and poorattitude is definitely rubbing off on the food here. Last thing the young lady pulling orders was cleaning the dining room andthen pulling food orders off the cook line without washing her hands. She touched and put my Greek dressing with unclean handsand threw it on top of my Greek salad. Workers shouldn?t touch food or food products without washing their hands. Another cameback in the front door from a smoke break - walked behind the food counter without washing her hands either. Customer service ishorrible. Requested a full refund and I will never return. What a fab lunch! The roasted corn and avocado salad came with a freshly grilled, spicy chicken breast and dressing - everything... superfresh! Best of all; it's so big this will be three meals for me :) Read more
