Yvonne took my order at the drive thru. She did an amazing job. I only had to say what I wanted once. Just to say my order was... special with no cheese no sauces and all 3 burgers were different and I was so shocked I didn't have to repeat it. Yvonne shouldbe a trainer because this is a first for me for any fast food restaurant. Thank you Yvonne. And thanks to the employees forgetting it exactly correct. Read more

This establishment is absolutely disgusting, there are flies everywhere, none of the surfaces are ever clean and when they are... cleaned it is done by a dirty rag in a bucket of month old gray water. The manager recently cussed out a customer, and thecurrent manager treats employees unfairly and discriminates. All of the staff are extremely rude, there are cockroaches, andwater damage above and around the place where your food is prepared. Chemical products are present around the area your food isprepared as well, the bathrooms are dreary and never restocked with toilet paper, and the toilets are always clogged. The foodoften makes people sick and people frequently come back and ask for refunds, the chicken they serve and prepare is slimy andexpired. Food can sit out for several hours before it?s even cooked and after it is several more hours. Perishable dairyproducts are never refrigerated and are left out constantly. Food has been picked up off of the floor and served to customers,and food is often not restocked and customers are only told after they spend their money. They refuse to give refunds, and don?tgive you the exact amount of change you are owed after purchase. The only thing that can be done to remedy this disgustingestablishment is to tear it down and start again. Read more

Went to get a double whopper at 1045 am was told they are not serving whoppers yet only breakfast even though whopper is on the... menu board of drive thru. Seem like just basic laziness to me. I used to drive through. They took my order and completely listened to what I had to ask. Upon reaching the cashier she was... nothing less than kind and attentive. She asked me if I needed condiments and if the surface is okay. I drove out got to theoffice had my breakfast and found it a really good quality.
