I never write a review but the consistency of wrong drink orders and rude staff has led me to this. My daughter just came home... with a cold brew for me. I took my long awaited sip of my much anticipated coffee and it tastes like bath water with a hint oftea. What the heck!! No coffee taste whatsoever. When they first opened they were great but have turned into a wrong order, rudeemployees, long wait times, kind of place. My husband won?t even go back there. Come on people!! Who manages this place? Why does it take 10 plus mins to get hot chocolate. Ppl in the drive through getting their items with NO PROBLEM. But I'm still... waiting. That is the major issue that needs to be addressed. I dont have 10+ mins to wait each time. Read more
Unfortunately I like DD coffee or else I wouldn?t have given this location so many chances to disappoint me as I have. I get... Splenda in my coffee and every time my coffee is severely over sweetened even though I get 2 Splenda in a X-Large coffee. Istarted asking for Splenda on the side which I shouldn?t have to do because of the total lack of caring that is evident amongstthe employees and obviously management/ownership. Read more
The Charlotte Hall location has gotten so bad lately. I literally order the same drink 2 and 3 times a day yet I might get one... good drink out of it. The coffee is NOT consistent and when you return it the employees have a major attitude. I will try to goout of my way to another Dunkin before going to this one. The Laplata and king George locations are the best ones. However themorning staff is great! Especially the manager Vicky (I think) yet the night shift is terrible. I try to stop after work butcan?t deal with the wrong coffees and rude attitudes in the evenings. I?m tired of wasting money on something that just goes inthe trash. Apparently, the owner doesn?t care because I?ve heard several complaints and nothing has changed. I?ve even wrote ontheir FB page like many others but they fall on deaf ears. Read more
They just need to fire everyone and get all new people. The place has really gone down hill over the last 2 years. The staff... spend more time chatting than working. Wait times are 20 plus minutes with no one in the store and few cars at drive thru. Trulya sad store at this point. I used to love visiting it. Read more
I?ve hesitated posting negative reviews but after repeatedly giving this location chance after chance to improve it?s evident... that they don?t care. We place mobile orders all the time . Consistently they get the order wrong. You walk in and there are abunch of kids standing around talking and laughing and takes a few minutes for them to even acknowledge that you are standingthere waiting. It never fails! Today I went into their location and ordered an avocado toast. Anyone that orders this knows thattheir toasts are usually larger in size. What I got was laughable. Photo attached. Dunkin? Donuts needs to do better if theywant to stay in business. They would have done better placing a Starbucks in that location and staff it with retirees who justwant to work to keep busy. First the good. Coffee is always excellent. Croissant was great. Sourdough breakfast sandwich wasn't horrible but it was... tasteless. No butter on the toasted bread, bacon tasted strangely not like bacon and the egg was like it came out of a freezer.I've never had a worse breakfast sandwich. That said, it's the only thing that wasn't great so go there and just be warned aboutthe sourdough breakfast sandwich. Read more
A 20 minute wait is ridiculous. Insanely long lines. Clearly no training or supervision is available. Cannot imagine how well... this business would do if properly trained and supervised! No coffee, tea or donuts are worth such a waste of time in longlines. Read more
