Ordered two cheeseburgers , med fry , and Hi-C . One if the cheeseburgers I had the bread was rock hard and when I returned it... she said so it?s right it?s just that you want soft bread. I said excuse me ? Would you eat that like that ?it?s not if it?sright or wrong . Who serves customers that ? She then took the burger back and they just replaced my buns instead of remaking it. Took forever to get our meal ready. When received, mcflurries we're half full went back inside store to ask for them to be... filled fully as I paid for, they weren happy about it. We left before I tested the food which I regret bc the chicken nuggetswere visibility old and when I took a bite of them,they tasted like they had been warmed up after sitting out for hours. Here is the deal....I thought I would stop by and grab me a large order of fries and a medium ice mocha for a job well done on... selling my old car. Let's start of with I was the only one in the drive-thru lane for 4 minutes. A car pulls up in the otherlane and was serviced before me. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want my food to be tampered with. So, I justpatiently waited until someone finally decided to take my order. When I get to the first window, an elderly employee was veryfriendly. The conversation changed the tone from what I was feeling previously. I went to the second window to retrieve myorder. As the employee handed my drink, I looked at it because it appeared to be a small and not a medium. I asked her and shestated that it was a medium. I took my order and drove off. As I'm driving down the road, I reached in the bag to retrieve mylarge fries and was completely blown away. The ice mocha that I ordered turned out to be a Latte. Not what I ask for. Beenordering either the hot or iced mocha at other locations. I have never ed ordered a Latte because its not sweet. Look at thepictures provided and see how disappointed I was. I was too far gone to turn back around. I gave this location establishment a1 star only from the person friendliness at the window otherwise, it would be no stars. Read more
For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so... friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow,three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staffgreets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my localMcDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast,and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant. Read more
