I asked two questions when I walked in and the girl was extremely rude. One question do you have a menu and How much was an... extra large pizza since price was not on the menu. She snapped at me. I was very unhappy and instead of making a seen, I put themenu back and said I'm good. Then me and my son walked out. As I was walking out she's yelling and complaining about the sheildbetween us when she saw I was upset with her actions. Please hire better help. Read more
Wish i could give zero stars. Had a issue with missing items I ordered. Call up the store was put on hold for 20 minutes hung up... and called back. The girl that answered the phone second time started up with attitude and excuses for me being on hold for 20minutes. Told me she would refund my I asked to speak to a manager was on hold another 5 minutes before she got on and had anattitude right off and said they could not refund the money as they already charged it. When I tried to talk to her about theservice I got attitude and yes I hung up on her. As a manager she should never have attitude with customers. Waited over a hr and a half just to have the delivery driver show up with no food. The manager was rude when i called and didn?t... offer any help or discount on food. I had to cancel order due to they wanted to remake food and make me wait another he and ahalf. Read more
Used to order from this place a lot. Not so much anymore with wait times like 2 hours for delivery. Must be hurting their... business. Tried to order some pizza when I got off work at 8:00 pm. They close at 10 pm Sunday night keep in mind. So afterplacing my order on phone around 8:30, I was called by employee and told it?d be 2 hours before pizza would get to me. Of coursecanceled my order because that is ridiculous. I liked this place because the convenience and pizza is okay. But must sadly say Iwill be taking a very long break until they sort things out. Maybe it?s a employee problem? Perhaps short staffed. Maybe PapaJohns needs to pay more and offer ppl more hours. I have worked in pizza, and I know how dumb corporate is about giving thosehours out. Had an experience last night to where I asked the driver to call when they got to my house never got a call but my app said the... pizza had been delivered went outside looked and saw it sitting on my porch picked it up took it inside and it was COLD. Calledup there talked with the GM she personally remade my pizza and redelivered it to my house with a free brownie. I am so happythat she took that extra step and I will continue to order from there. Thank you for making a bad situation BETTER. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and came with no pepper or garlic sauce in either on. Wings had hardly any sauce on them. We all so ordered... halopeno popers only 2.of them.had cheese the rest just had peppers and dough. Never order from that location again. They didoffer to remake the order and next one free. But had to get food somewhere else. Didn't want to wait another hour to eat. And asfor free next time, why give them a chance to mess up again Manger should play closer attention them. Read more
Every delivery experience I have had with this Papa John's has been perfect. My food always arrives hot, the drivers are always... friendly and professional, and now with COVID, they ring the bell and then wait in the driveway to make sure the food isretrieved and they holler "Thank You!" from a safe distance. I would give more stars if I could. Read more
