Been going to this location for years. Service peaked earlier this year but has dipped just slightly after the renovation... (things like napkins, straws, spoons, etc). Still a top notch Wendy's IMO. Drive through can get backed up at times butgenerally, this is an above average location that is generally very quick serving. Read more

I was so impressed yesterday when we stopped by for lunch We did the drive through, and I was greeted every step by the best... young people. They were polite, happy, and made you honestly feel like they were glad you dropped by. Their attitude, andservice were amazing. I wish I had gotten their names. Read more

My wife and I have been through the drive thru several times in the last couple months. Our orders are usually correct and... prepared as expected, however the drive thru ordering experience is awful. There must be a management or training issue at thisWendy's because it is such a consistently unprofessional and even rude experience. It is pretty common that the first thing saidto you is just "What do you want?" Once you reach the window things get a bit more professional, but not always. Read more

Service was extremely slow. I sat at the intercom waiting to order for 10 minutes and when I asked to order they didn't take my... order until the person in front of me had received their food and left. This caused a long line and people got out of linebecause of how long the wait was. Was not informed of price, was not given a receipt. Would give it 0 stars if I could, will notbe returning. Went there to go inside to eat. Says lobby open at 9 it was 10:30 when I got there and doors were still locked,don't even... attempt to go thru drive thru unless you and at least 30 to 40 minutes to waste. After all that food is horrible. Will never gothere again Read more

Went through drive thru on 9-7, really bummed. It?s clearly gone downhill after this ?remodel? We are normally into Wendy?s but... this trip was a letdown. Thoroughly review your order before leaving the window. Read more

Ever since the remodel, Wendy's service and food has been terrible. I went once after the remodel, and the drive thru line took... 45 min with only 4 cars in front of me, so this time I decided to order through the app and pick up in store. So I get toWendy's after my order should have been ready and pull on the front door to go inside.... Locked. I knocked on the door becausethere was no sign saying they were closed (also it was 3:30pm), and nobody answered, I decided to call because I didn't evenwant to go through the drive thru due to 3 cars already waiting to order. Someone answered and I asked if the inside was open,the guy said no. I told him I placed an order for pick up inside that should already be ready and I was told I needed to gothrough the drive thru. So I go through the drive thru, and 30 min later(only 2 cars in front of me) I get to the order windowto tell them I placed my order through the app. Once I pull up to the window, my order was not even ready yet. I tell the guy atthe window that if they are going to lock the inside (which by the way, through the drive thru window I could see at least 8people were inside "working") they should at least put a sign on the door, and that is when the kid tells me they just unlockedit. I drove off with my food to find I was given the wrong drink and my burger was soooooooo dry that I had hard pieces I wouldaccidentally bite down on and need to spit out. I am SOOOO overly disappointed that I will not be returning to that Wendy'sanytime soon until they figure themselves out, train their staff, have better customer service... And maybe actually greet thecustomer with a hello? I understand that everyone is just hiring warm bodies right now... But come on .... Not ONE person inthat Wendy's can manage it? Read more
