Not quite sure of the young lady name, but I think that it was De'Lisa, anyway I had a coupon for $19.99, she charged me $30... plus dollars, got upset with me, I tried to have a conversation with her, she ignored me, I asked for her supervisor, she wentto him and had a 30 second conversation, refuse to serve me, he came and took over and finished the order. I will never go backto this restaurant, and I wish the young lady luck, because you will need it with that bad attitude! Read more

I ordered the bo-berry biscuit and the sweet potato pie, the pie was not on their listed menu, outdoors or on the app. The... bo-berry biscuit was not good, it was sour and burnt tasting, I ended up throwing it away. The staff was nice and the food wasfast so I appreciate that. Read more
I have autism and have a lot of sensory issues with food. I always ask specifically for only legs when I order because of that.... The last few times I?ve visited Nearly Every order they didn?t listen to that. It?s really frustrating to make a simple requestand it be completely ignored. I can?t control my sensory issues. I have to work around it to enjoy food. All I ask is peoplelisten to the requests i have to make in order to eat. Read more
Typically this location is awesome! The Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit with Pimento Cheese is my go to order. Their biscuits are... usually amazing as well. I frequently visit this store and they have always had excellent customer service, like literally everytime I've been for the past 3 years. With that being said, every once in a while the food is meh... kinda like they're having anoff day or something. It's infrequent enough that it's honestly no big deal and I have no qualms about highly recommending thisstore to anyone. Read more
Ordered food from this location today. Everything was cooked well and tasted great! The employee taking the order had excellent... customer service skills. The employee that gave me the food at the drive-thru window had excellent customer service skills, aswell. Both employees we're diligent and making sure the order was correct. I really appreciated that. I felt a very warmwelcome at this restaurant today and it was very apparent, that they were doing a great job here. Read more
