While our kids have enjoyed going to Bounce and Play, when we held a party there a while back it was not so fun. The food got... messed up (arrived much later than it was supposed to) and while we waited with hungry and cranky kids bc of the staff'smistake, the staff offered snacks to the party guests (and then tried to charge us for the snacks meant to stave off hangry kidsbc of staff error.) And on top of that, when one of our kids was run into by an older child on another occasion (whose skullsmacked our daughter in her newly erupted front teeth), the staff had no idea how to handle it and didn't even have a decentfirst aid kit. We will never do another party at Bounce and Play and if you have kids going for fun, just be prepared to takeyour own ice pack. Read more
Very unhappy. Worked with this company for three weeks in advance of my daughters birthday party. Was told that bounce houses... were available and not to worry, the manager was just on vacation. Then never received a contract or future correspondences.Sent three emails and two phone calls that were never returned. Counted on them to follow through with what they promised and itnever happened. SuperFun Attractions saved the day after being 48 hours out and getting ghosted by Bounce and Play. Called a few days ago for a Bday party and wanted the bounce house for Saturday. Never got a call back, got told a manager will... call me to complete order because the person on the phone didn?t know how to or wasn?t responsible for doing that. We waiteduntil Friday and still nothing after calling to get the house for the kids. Saturday (today) and still waiting for a call back.We ended up calling ?Super Fun Attractions LLC? and they were here Saturday morning ready for the party. I would never recommendor even go to Bounce n Play due to their unprofessional service. At least tell me you can?t or don?t have the rental equipmentso I can look elsewhere instead of making me wait. Starting to show its age. A few things were broken including the front door glass, the half doors that keeps kids from running... outside unattended, the handle on the half door for the toddler area and one of the games. By no means a deal breaker, butsomething they should address sooner than later. Otherwise kids loved it. Read more
I cannot tell you how amazing this entire experience was with Steve (the owner) and Bounce, Play & Create, and how phenomenal... the inflatable rental was!! The inflatable rental was basically like it?s own ?babysitter? - our backyard party started, and theadults essentially didn?t see our kids for three hours. And, they were safe and having a ball and doing something positive andactive!! It was the most fun day of my year, let alone my kid?s for his birthday party, and all the attendees had such a greattime. The employees were absolutely wonderful when coming to set it up: so professional, kind and engaging. Steve and his teammade this so fun and easy for me as the parent and for my kids, and I?m so, so thankful. Read more

Really well designed bounce house. Couple features I haven't seen elsewhere including a big centrally located hand washing... station. Also appreciate that the snack bar serves beer:) really well designed toddler area. Bring the kids for a good afternoonof exercise. Read more
Took my 18 month old son just a few weeks ago? We were so excited because of the reviews but I was definitely let down. The... staff were short and rude, sitting on top of the counters and cussing; not professional at all. The toddler area for 3 and underwas dirty. Everything needs a good wipe down and cleaning. Staff did not enforce the age range at all, the reason we were sopressed on that is because my some suffers a TBI and it?s extremely important that he is safe at all times and not rough housedwith. The children?s rides cords were glued/duct taped together to work with wires exposed, definitely not safe. We had so muchhope for this place and were let down. Hoping that they take this and do better. All carpets cleaned, things wiped down on aweekly schedule and more friendly staff. Read more
